Nonrefundable cash deposit or credit card charge equal to one month’s fee is required. Guests departing early will be charged the prevailing short term rate based on the actual length of stay. Monthly rates are calculated on the length of the slip or the length of the vessel, whichever is greater. Rates are per foot, per day and listed above in usd dollars. Taxes are not included and electricity is extra.
